Refund policy

1. Unopened & Unused Items

We want you to love your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong style, we accept returns on unopened items.

    •    Condition: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging with all tags attached.

    •    Window: Returns must be initiated within 45 days of the purchase date.  

    •    Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.


2. Opened & Tried On (Our "First Pair" Guarantee)

Hygiene is our priority, but we know fit is everything. Because period underwear is a sanitary product, we cannot accept returns on opened packages. However, we offer a one-time "Trial Exchange" to help you find your perfect fit.

    •    The Policy: If your first pair doesn't fit or feel right, we will offer a one-time exchange for a different size or style (limit 1 piece per customer).

    •    Satisfaction Guarantee: Not happy with the performance? We offer a full refund on your first pair within 45 days of purchase, no return shipping of the used garment required. (This guarantee applies only to your first order to allow for testing. Subsequent orders of the same item are not eligible for "opened" returns.)


3. Warranty

    •    We stand by our quality. All Wild Moon Underwear products include a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover any labeling or moons coming off the underwear.

    •    How to Start a Claim: To initiate a return or exchange, please email your name and order number to support@wildmoonunderwear.com.

    •    Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to appear on your statement after approval.
